Return Policy

At GALAXSKII, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon products, we have specific requirements for returns and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided that the product is:

Unopened and completely sealed in its original packaging.
Unused and in its original condition.
Free from damage, marks, tampering, or alterations.
Returned with all original packaging, seals, accessories, and contents.

Pokémon products that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Booster packs
Booster boxes
Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
Pokémon TCG collections and bundles
Tins
Special collection boxes
Premium collection products
Pokémon accessories and merchandise

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide photographs showing:

The condition of the outer shipping packaging.
The damaged product.
The product packaging and any visible damage.
Your order number.

We will review the information provided and determine whether the product qualifies for a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

The incorrect item may need to be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the Pokémon product remains completely sealed, unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item due to a change of mind.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund where the product does not meet the return conditions described in this policy.

Before sending any product back, please contact us first to request return instructions. Do not send a return to our business address without receiving confirmation from us.
