Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Handling Times

  • Orders are processed within [1–2] business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Cut-Off Times: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on a business day will be processed the following working day.

  • Non-Mainland UK: Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands may take an extra 1–2 working days and may incur additional delivery surcharges at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to update on the courier’s portal.

4. Deliveries, Safe Places & Lost Packages

  • Safe Place / Directives: If you instruct the courier to leave your parcel in a "safe place" or with a neighbour, you assume responsibility once the delivery is marked as completed by the courier.

  • Missing Items: If your tracking indicates that your parcel was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members and neighbours first. If it cannot be located, contact us within 7 days at galaxskiicards@gmail.com, and we will investigate with the courier.

5. Statutory Guarantee

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, all orders will be delivered within 30 calendar days of order placement unless a specific longer timeframe was agreed upon at purchase.

6. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage to both the packaging and the contents and notify our team at galaxskiicards@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
